Romantic Memories of Yesteryear
Celebrating romance from 1830-1869 at the Stately Oaks Plantation, Legendary Home of “Gone With The Wind”. Visitors will see a fabulous display of wedding clothes, pictures and copies of floral arrangements from the time period. Hear tender stories of those who lived and loved during these early decades. Costumed docents will guide guests through the 1839 Greek Revival Plantation house and enjoy a sample wedding treat at the reception area.
